Why pre-orders ? To avoid overproduction and adjust our quantities as accurately as possible. 

What are the delivery times for pre-order parts ? The deadlines are systematically indicated on the pre-order product sheet. In general, a pre-order piece takes 1 week to arrive at your home from the launch of the entire collection. Always refer to the date indicated on the pre-ordered product sheet. For our first bags collection, all product will be sent each 2 weeks. 

How can I follow the progress of the production of my pre-order ? We regularly send updates by email to inform you of the progress of your pre-order. Be careful to check that you are subscribed to the newsletter and that our emails do not fall into your spam.

Can I order in-stock parts and pre-order parts at the same time ? We only offer pre-order option for ready-to-wear currently.
